Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the traditional grotto operation at Chill Factore was not possible in 2020. As one of the UK's leading snow centres and the only place where you can meet Father Christmas and his elves on real snow, Chill Factore didn't want to disappoint their guests so a social distancing solution was provided by Prestige.

Delivered using bespoke technology, Prestige's 'Santa Calls' was delivered to hundreds of guests in the run up to Christmas. Each five-minute video call with Father Christmas was packed full of special effects, live interaction and was delivered instantly to guest's inboxes ensuring they could relive the magic again and again and again.
